If you are a new UTD international student, we would love to meet you at the airport and provide you transportation to your new home.

If you would like us to pick you up at one of the airports here in the Dallas area please provide us your information below. This service is a free service because we want a chance to show our genuine Texas hospitality.

If you have already made pickup arrangements with another group at UTD, please do not make them again here.  We have many students who ask for pickup and if we are asked, we will be there to pick them up.  It is a 25 minute drive one way to the airport and we want to make sure that you will be there.

If friends are traveling with you and need pickup, they each must submit a form.

We will confirm your status as a UTD student with the ISSO.
